• IT Incendiary uses Open Source survey tools, not proprietary packages that prevent the sharing of data with our clients.
• Our clients describe the focus of their inquiry and we craft a definitive survey that can deliver unbiased responses from customers and stakeholders.
• IT Incendiary can use client databases for distribution of the survey, or we can team with other partners to reach the largest and most focused demographic.
• We permit anonymous survey responses, or can invite the participants to register for rewards in exchange for their identities.  
• We analyze the resulting responses and develop easy-to-understand reports that detail the responses.
• Clients can choose to receive the reports privately, or deliver the results to the community that has responded.
• Clients can request the demographic identities of participants if the participant has chosen to share that information.
• Surveys can be IT Incendiary-Branded surveys, or can be branded to third-party entities.

Who Owns the Survey

IT Incendiary acts as a third-party contractor to the organization that sponsors the survey.  

All initial information gathered becomes the property of IT Incendiary, but the individual survey brand is owned by the sponsor - even when IT Incendiary partners with a media distributor.

Imagine that your company wants to survey its market place annually with a series of similar questions.  IT Incendiary helps you develop the survey and executes the process.  We analyze the data we receive and - based upon the participant's desire -- we share the data with your team.  We then report back to you -- and at your discretion, to the participants themselves -- the results of the survey.

Later, should you wish to run the same survey again at a future date, you are free to do so with or without IT Incendiary's assistance.

This means that the costs are minimized for you, the sponsor. You're free to repeat the survey questions with any other service, without IT Incendiary's assistance.  You're not tied to IT Incendiary, and you're not held hostage to our distribution mechanisms and partners.  It's a win/win for you and your participants.
